Processing Fees

Processing fees are applied to one-time payments and will vary depending on the form of payment.
See below for a breakdown of which payment forms these fees will be added to, or click here to learn more.

Late Fees

NEP provides metering and billing services on behalf of your community owner or community association. Failure to receive a bill does not change the due date or possible disconnection due to non-payment. A late fee of $20 will be assessed for any past-due balances totaling over $100.

A $30 charge may be applied to your account for all payments not honored by the bank for any reason, including, but not limited to: insufficient funds (NSF), account closed, payment stopped, no signature, and improperly drawn or submitted.
