NEP is an Ohio-headquartered business that has provided behind-the-meter energy services to multifamily property owners for 25 years. NEP provides construction, retail, and wholesale electric broker and consulting services, as well as submetering services to those properties. Our clients use us to achieve energy efficiency, whole-community energy insights, and carbon-neutral options. We do this all without raising rent or charging the residents more than what they would have been charged for the exact same usage with their public utility.
Based in Columbus, Ohio, NEP partners with communities and host utilities to individually meter and accurately measure commodity consumption within each apartment or condominium unit which allows residents to pay only for what they use. NEP goes above and beyond with services and capabilities that benefit the entire community including residents and property managers.
