Credit Card Fees

  • Credit card fees are increasing to $3.99 per transaction.

  • This fee increase affects all credit card transactions, including those made through autopay.

  • Residents (including those paying via autopay) may avoid this fee by paying via eCheck/ACH.

  • Read our post about processing fees.

AutoPay Registration

  • To safeguard security during this switch, any residents currently on autopay who wish to remain on autopay must register in the new system.
