Nationwide Energy Partners (NEP) is proud to serve on behalf of your community as your billing provider! No need to sign up; an account is automatically created for you when you move in. You will receive your first bill in the mail within 30 days.

When it comes to paying bills, your community wants to make it as simple and convenient as possible. That is why we provide one unified bill for all of your services; you simply pay one bill each month and you are done. We offer several options for paying each month or finding support, including many convenient digital options. You choose the one that works best for you!

  • The EPA has designated March 18 - 24, 2024 as their annual Fix a Leak Week. Did you know the average household’s leaks can account for nearly 10,000 gallons of water wasted every year? Fixing easily corrected leaks can save about 10% on your water bills. Visit the EPA’s Fix a Leak Week web page to learn how you can detect leaks so they can be fixed asap.

  • Please visit our resource page for a list of organizations that may be able to assist.

  • The weather forecast calls for below-freezing temperatures in the coming weeks. This spike in cold temperatures may cause your heat pump to use more energy and increase your energy bill. Go to our Conservation Tips page (and scroll to the bottom) to watch a short video on how heat pumps work and why they may increase your energy bill.

  • Starting June 1st, 2023 residents in AEP Ohio territories will experience increased residential electric rates. Click here to learn more about this change and how it will affect your bills.

You can also pay with our NEP Resident Support Team, 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.

Processing Fees

Processing fees are applied to one-time payments and will vary depending on the form of payment. See below for a breakdown of which payment forms these fees will be added to, or click here to learn more.


Late Fees

NEP provides metering and billing services on behalf of your community owner or community association. Failure to receive a bill does not change the due date or possible disconnection due to non-payment. A late fee of $20 will be assessed for any past-due balances totaling over $100. 

A $30 charge may be applied to your account for all payments not honored by the bank for any reason, including, but not limited to: insufficient funds (NSF), account closed, payment stopped, no signature, and improperly drawn or submitted.
