How To Read Your Bill

At the request of the communities we serve, Nationwide Energy Partners (NEP) provides a unified bill for every resident in each community we serve. This conveniently combines multiple services into one single statement, so you are able to manage everything in one easy submission. 

The utility portion of your NEP bill is based on your actual usage and reflects the utility services included in your community. As such, your bill may commonly include one or more of the following, as we as other services at your community’s request:

In addition to the utility portion of your bill, you may also notice Community Charges, Adjustments & Fees, and Carry Over charges.
